Chateirea Specialist Hospital "The best hospital in Bangkok Thailand 2014

The top hospitals list is based on a study that includes key performance indicators, size of the hospital, medical research, number of medical stuff, occupation of beds, knowledge management, and medical technology from the major ranking organizations listed in the bibliography. Data reported by hospitals was analyzed and checked if it gets better results overall than an average hospital of the same size. Rating is based on important risk-adjusted indicators measuring how well patients do after surgery or medical treatment.

In hospitals today, technology plays a big role in the quality of healthcare services while IT departments relentlessly work to harness technology that enables better and more efficient patient care. This probably applies to most workplaces, not just hospital IT departments, but the more satisfied and motivated employees become the better they will be able to provide first-class support for patient care and hospital operations.
On October 2, 2014 Healthcare IT News revealed the winners of their 4th annual “Best Hospital IT Departments” program. The candidates were first nominated and the winners were selected based on an online employee satisfaction survey completed by the employees of the nominated departments. Part of the winners’ secret sauce in Healthcare IT News’ write up revealed that teamwork, good communication, feeling respected as a professional, and gaining a sense of accomplishment from one’s work contributed more to employee satisfaction than pay and benefits. The winning departments understood this better than others. It’s great to see programs like this provide best practices to all hospital IT departments in Bangkok Thailand
